Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is an evidence-based practice that provides meaningful and effective therapy. ABA therapy programs aim to increase language and social skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors. We offer in-center, 1:1 support with BCBA supervision. Our newly updated, expansive center offers therapy rooms, indoor and outdoor play areas, a reading nook, circle time space, and a teen room.
Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 support in your child's private school setting by working on child-specific goals such as social skills, communication, and following directions.
We provide ABA in the home setting with 1:1 Behavior Technician support and BCBA supervision. Session times can be catered to your availability.
Join our monthly Parent Peer Group to talk about your journey as a parent of a child with special needs and learn from others about their journey in a supportive group setting.

Hi everyone, I am Sarah McGeehon (soon to be Sarah Phillips).
I have a huge passion for supporting clients, adolescents, and adults with special needs. I bring my genuine, authentic self to each and every session, practicing with patience, empathy, compassion, kindness, care, curiosity and humor. All in an effort to build connections, the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship
Using a person-centered, strength-based and solution focused approach, I believe we all have the ability to come up with our own strategies and make the changes we want to see. While I do have ample training and experience, I am not the expert. I have the wonderful ability to rely on our team at Sprout Clubhouse to support our clients and families on their journey. During this journey I hope I prove I am your ally, and will support your child and family in any way possible. I will walk alongside you when it is challenging, cry with you when there are tears, and laugh with you when it is fun.
My training and experience in this field have taken me through various settings, and allowed opportunities to work with all age ranges. I have been in a school setting working at a school district in CA, group home setting supporting both children from 5-10 and adults from 18- 78, in the community supporting generalization of skills, in work environments helping advocate for my 18+ clients, in your homes helping with daily living skills and at clinics supporting social skills. Because of the experience in various settings, my therapeutic style and use of intervention is eclectic as each person is unique and has individual preferences and needs.
I earned my Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University in 2014, and my Masters of Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2017. In my free time I enjoy all things outdoors: hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, walking my dog, sightseeing, picnics, etc. I like to push myself to conquer new challenges, and have climbed a 14er in California and am training to circumnavigate Mount Rainier this August.
